Birthday celebration for the twins
❤️🧡💛💚🩵💜🩷

A lovely day celebrating my gorgeous cousin's 21st birthdays! I made them a rainbow cake for their (8th?) birthday many moons ago, so it only felt right to make them another 🥹

It was a bit of a labour of love with those layers, and it was definitely way too hot to be icing a cake, but overall I was pleased with how it tasted, even with the inedible looking colours 😂

Me, my mum and Rob all made delicious salads, fresh sardines, burgers and all the trimmings as well.

Tell me you're on keto without telling me you're on keto 🙄

We're doing 2 weeks of keto just to reset our diet as we've fallen into a few habits over summer which we'd like to stop (the Magnum UK & Ireland addiction got me again)

Gotta remember, nobody's perfect and it's okay to have treats too — however I know my tummy will be grateful for this little detox!

So, that means some weird dinners 😂 this was BBQ ribs with cauliflower & broccoli cheese, topped with coppa ham and iberico cheese, just to make it extra ✨fancy✨

I've basically been having some variety of chicken salad every day for lunch for the last month 😂 it's just so easy to meal prep and all I can face eating in this heat!

This is probably one of my less creative salads, but it does have some
Sriracha which is elite imo 🙌

First time making (and trying!) Baba ganoush. Absolutely LOVED it. Then again, I think aubergines are one of the best vegetables. Served with a cucumber pickle salad.

Marinated the mutton in yoghurt, mint and cumin 🔥

Lush weekend with my two faves ✨

Swipe for the best roast we've had in ages 🤤

It may have tasted even better because we'd just spent the night in a tent and walked 8km, but we ate every last bit so that's a good sign! 😂

This weekend was a great opportunity to test out our new tent and check what more lightweight kit we need for some longer hike and camp trips. New sleep mats are a must! If you have any suggestions for comfy lightweight sleep mats please let us know 👇

We had a few days off last week to go and see a potential wedding venue, so treated ourselves to a fancy breakfast 💅 the venue was sooo pretty and we also got some warm cinnamon buns and elderflower cordial to enjoy on the patio!
