It’s been ages since I posted on here - summer was just far too hot for knitting. Now that it’s cooler I’ve picked up my needles again and I have finally cast on the pressed flowers shawl!

I won this pattern last year from Kaci Apple during the but just couldn’t find the right colour combination. I’ve been trying different yarns but couldn’t make it work at all…until now! So i’m happy to finally be working on this shawl.

My first completed e-spinning project! I used the husband designed and built e-spinner (second photo) which was super fun to use. Ended up with about 300 grams of a delightfully plump bulky weight yarn, which I think will be used to knit a Jaunty shawl.
