Anything you see on this page can be custom made with a choice of colours, glitters, embellishments etc to suit your personal preference and style. Please bare in mind, that all resin items are handmade, therefore slight imper
fections or bubbles do occasionally occur despite every effort being made to minimise this happening. Resin is a free flowing artform and tends to have a mind all its own. Each and every piece will be unique in its own way. Due to the nature of resin, some items do take longer than others to make. On average anywhere between 24-72 hours depending on size and depth as some items require multiple layers over a period of a couple of days. Also, some items that are requiring the need to be heat resistant such as coasters and trays need additional curing times, but this will be discussed with yourself during the ordering process. Some items also require additional aftercare advice, if necessary this again will be discussed during the ordering process before any payment is taken. I will keep all those placing orders updated throughout the process, send pictures etc. Communication is key when it comes to resin crafting. On your part as much as mine. I want to ensure everyone is happy with their items and that my work is of a high standard and meets your wishes. All payments are to be made before your item/s are posted/collected. In most cases, and especially for personalised items, I cannot begin the process of making your items without a 50% non refundable deposit. In some cases, a payment plan can be arranged (for larger orders). Please don't hesitate to contact me for further information or to discuss :)
Anything personalised with names/dates etc cannot be refunded for any reason unless faulty upon receiving your item. In this instance, you would need to inform me straight away and post the item and its packaging back to me. Upon receiving the item back I can then either fix, replace or refund. The reason for personalised items being unable to be refunded is due to the fact I am unable to sell on. For all other items, custom made or ready made, providing they are not personalised can be refunded within 14 days of receiving the item, providing you contact me with your reasons why, picture of item (to show state of item upon receipt) and you contact me and return the item (at your own expense) within the 14 day period. Items must be returned in the same state they were received, if they are returned damaged then a refund cannot be issued.
