What a smashing workshop we had yesterday at ✨

Special thanks to Emma and Melinda for hosting us in this stunning craft space! And for looking after us so well! 🩷

I didn’t manage any photos but I promise the brooms were so colourful and the students were such a scream - we laughed so much! 🧹

I’ll return again on 17 July - bookings are live on the Larkswold website. Maybe we should add botanical into this next round of classes?🌸

What do you think?

The studio isn’t far from Stow on the Wold and Daylesford. The drive was awe inspiring - there is nothing quite like the countryside!

I genuinely had the best time at MADE Wi******er Design and Craft Festival last week!

My first visit to Wi******er and it did not disappoint!

This cathedral is extra special - absolutely ancient, built on a marsh that floods the crypt still every winter, some of the old Anglo Saxon and early English kings and a queen are buried here along with Jane Austen!

The longest nave of any cathedral in the world, the window smashed by Cromwell’s men and rebuilt in a crazy patchwork by locals post reformation, the beautiful Quire and evensong each evening…

The evening we loaded in, bell ringing practice accompanied us.

It just felt so special. There is still old magic in these buildings…

And the brooms were a smash. Lots of people had never seen these before at a craft festival and nearly every one was sold.

I am glad for the experience and really hope MADE returns there next year! The standard of artisans was incredibly high!
