This one’s a little extra special 🤎

The Hedgerows at Plumpton Green is our first completed show home for new client – and a particularly lovely milestone for Yasmin, as Elivia was the first new client she brought to Clayton.

Warm timber tones, soft greens, touches of rust and plenty of texture come together throughout the home, with those all-important details adding character – from bespoke joinery and fluted finishes to statement lighting and layered accessories.

And there’s more to come… we’re already working on our next show home for Elivia, due to be installed next month.

After last month’s partial solar eclipse, this latest children’s bedroom for .homes feels perfectly timed.

From the galaxy ceiling and celestial details to a telescope ready for a little stargazing, this is a room designed to spark curiosity and imagination. 🌙⭐

We love having the opportunity to be a little more playful with children’s spaces - and this one was certainly fun to create.

A day of interiors, inspiration and helping buyers picture life in their new home 🏡✨

Our lovely Business Development Manager, Yasmin Ponfield, recently joined the team at an Interior Design Event in Wixams, chatting with potential buyers about everything from tile choices and kitchen designs to those all-important finishing touches that help turn a new house into a home.

It was also a great opportunity to spend time with Kerry Jones, Regional Sales Director, and Katrina Jones, Sales Consultant at Tilia Homes, and to hear first-hand what matters most to their customers.

As Yasmin put it: “It was such a great day connecting with potential buyers and helping them explore the possibilities for their new homes. It’s always so useful to speak directly with customers and spend time with our clients too.”

A big thank you to Kerry, Katrina and the Tilia Homes team for making Yasmin feel so welcome! 🤍

A closer look at our latest show home for Vistry Group at Draycott Fields in the Cotswolds ✨

Upstairs is where things get a little more playful…

One children’s bedroom features a bold storybook-style mural of a bear wading through the water, duck in hand, while another takes its cue from cricket, with panelled walls, sporting details and plenty of personality.

Elsewhere, the mood becomes calmer and more grown-up, with layered neutrals, textured finishes, a dedicated study with a dual workstation and relaxed living areas.

Different rooms, different moods - but one scheme that still feels connected throughout.

Colour is comfort. 🤍

The colours we surround ourselves with can completely change how a space feels – calming, uplifting, comforting or grounding.

Four colour directions have really stood out to us so far this year:

CALM
Soft, quiet neutrals that create a sense of simplicity and space.

RESTORE
Gentle blues and soothing tones that encourage us to slow down and reset.

COCOON
Deeper, richer shades that make a room feel warm, intimate and reassuring.

CONNECT
Earthy greens and nature-inspired colours that bring a little of the outside in.
