Yey...after 3 years the Art Barn Thornbury is open a little bit!

The window is now displaying 2 paintings by Jenny Krupa.

The paintings are a harmonious mix of colours, shapes and textures. They are painted using eco friendly spray paint on metal and mounted on canvas 100cms x 30cms

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all the lovely people and artists out there. Thank you to all our special supporters...we've had the best of times and now we're having the worst of times...our lovely daughter, Danielle is going through the worst of times and we will be supporting her through her chemotherapy.
We are, therefore going to close the Art Barn to enable us to give our special attention to someone very special.
Goodbye, dear friends...goodbye ###

Rainbow sandstone Artwork
Beautiful, peaceful, natural artwork mixed with beautiful, peaceful natural rainbow sand stone.
The neutral, natural tones of light browns, golds, oranges, creams and yellows combined with scenes based on local farming communities meld well with each other. The painting is created, sympathetically around the natural meandering of the stone.
The work is frost resistant and weatherproof so can be hung outside. It's created by Jenny Krupa and is hanging on the outside wall of the Art Barn Thornbury now : )

Today, Tommy One Plum is at home still studying his book of birds.
He has discovered another of Joshua Bruno's beautiful bird series . This time it's The Spotted Flycatcher, he has found these birds are scarce in the UK...and Tommy One Plum has discovered, among other things, that they have a squeaky song!

Today, Tommy One Plum is mainly going to search for his Book of Birds. He has discovered Joshua Bruno's beautiful Icterine Warbler in the Art Barn Thornbury and feels the urge to find out more about it. Good luck with the pronunciation of Icterine Tommy One Plum : )
