When the customer says I can get my carpet cheaper online this is the reason why.

1, You forget you need to also add a delivery charge.
2, You have to stay in all day for a delivery.
3, You will normally get delayed and let down.
4, You risk measuring it wrong.
5, Good luck with getting any aftercare service if the materials are damaged or if its the wrong carpet.

This carpet got delayed twice causing issues for the client and this is what it got delivered like damaged with to much latex in the backing causing the backing to spilt.
