Celebrating 5 years of being !🥳
This week marks five years since Hot Clay became employee owned, and while the structure is important, it’s the people and the culture it’s helped create that we’re most proud of.
For us, employee ownership has always been about giving all members of the team a bigger voice and a real sense of involvement in the business. Over the last five years, we’ve seen staff engagement grow, more ideas being shared, and a stronger sense that everyone has a part to play in where Hot Clay goes next.
It’s also brought some pretty positive changes to working life along the way, including the introduction of 2pm finishes on Fridays, giving the team a little more time for life outside of work, and even designing a brand-new staff room, giving everyone a space to recharge, catch up and spend time together.
