Every kid eventually experiences that crushing day, when he or she realises that Santa isn't real. That the invincible, mince-pie-eating-gift-giver that they've been writing to every year is in fact, (SPOILER) a fake! On that heart breaking day, it suddenly dawns on you that your loving parents - who bring you up to tell the truth and never tell lies - have, in fact, fibbed their little faces off

for the first 8-10 years of your life. All she ever wanted to be was a trusty little elf in Santa’s workshop. She wrote letters to him each week, sharing her craft ideas and toy designs, and she even got letters back! On that crushing day, when she heard the words ‘he isn’t real’, she was sooo angry! Smoke was coming out of her ears as she stamped her little feet. From that day, she decided to make her own workshop, creating all the wonderful designs that she had sent Santa over the years – which she later found in her mother’s top drawer alongside her school reports.
