2 YEARS OF SEAT & REPEAT SOFAS! 🛋️🎉
2 years ago, I was working at Sainsbury’s, buying and selling the odd sofa on the side, with no real idea of where it would take me. Fast forward 2 years and what started as a little side hustle has turned into my full-time business!
This past year has been all about improving the business and building the foundations for the future.
I’ve focused massively on improving my workflow, sourcing better and more consistent quality stock, and outsourcing parts of the business to free up my time and allow me to grow.
From building a dedicated photo corner and getting a washing machine installed, to improving how I prepare, present and deliver sofas. It’s all been about creating a better experience for customers and making the business run more efficiently.
There have definitely been some very difficult days along the way, plenty of setbacks, long hours and lessons learnt, but I genuinely wouldn’t change it for the world.
One thing I sometimes struggle with is taking a moment to appreciate how far I’ve come. I’m constantly thinking about what’s next, what I can improve and how I can grow. But today is about looking back and reflecting on the progress I’ve made.
