☕🍂 Good Morning & Happy Saturday! 🍂☕

Well, it’s finally the weekend!

Although at this time of year, weekends still mean a little work for me here at Simply Scented Devon. But I certainly can’t complain, as today is shaping up to be a lovely cosy one! 🥰

First things first, a nice morning walk with Molly & Colin. 🐾

Then it’s home to settle down for a day of listing all those lovely Christmas goodies I discovered hiding in the depths of my workshop! 🎄

I’ve also got the last couple of Christmas fragrances to test, so there should be some beautiful festive scents floating around the house today.

And with the temperatures dropping, I might even light the log burner for the first time this season. 🔥

A cosy home, Christmas fragrances and a couple of sleepy spaniels after their walk… not a bad way to spend a working Saturday, really! ❤️

Well, I’ve been getting into the Christmas spirit here at Simply Scented Devon! 🎅

Finding Your Favourite Fragrance Just Got Easier!

I thought tonight I’d share a little reminder about something on my Simply Scented Devon website that you might find rather useful!

With so many fragrances to choose from, and some now having new names, finding an old favourite might seem a little tricky.

But don’t worry, I’ve made it nice and easy!

The Fragrance Finder

If you scroll right down to the bottom of my website, you’ll find the Fragrance Finder.

It’s there to help you discover fragrances and find those familiar favourites under their new Simply Scented Devon names.

🔎 And here’s another little trick!

You can also use the search bar at the top of the website.

For example, start typing Sauvage and the search will automatically suggest the fragrance under its new name!

No need to spend ages scrolling through collections or trying to remember what something is called.

I know how frustrating it can be when you love a particular fragrance but can’t remember its new name, so hopefully these little features make shopping that bit easier.

After all, finding your favourite fragrance should be the easy part!

Good morning everyone, and Happy Thursday!

Well, that’s the last of the orders placed while I was away officially dropped off at the Post Office this morning!

It’s certainly been a busy few days since returning from North Wales, with plenty of wax melting, Discovery Boxes being made, orders packed and parcels heading out the door.

But I’m very happy to say that I’m now completely caught up with all your holiday orders! ✔️

A huge thank you to everyone who patiently waited while I enjoyed my little break, and to everyone who placed an order during that time.

And now it’s back to the usual workshop routine at Simply Scented Devon!

🍏❄️ A Little Frosted Apple This Evening… ❄️🍏

After making these beautiful snap bars yesterday, I couldn’t resist keeping one for myself!

And as I’m writing this, Frosted Apple is happily warming away in my burner, filling the room with the most beautiful fresh winter fragrance.

Despite its name, Frosted Apple is all about that wonderfully crisp, cool freshness of winter.

🍃 Fresh eucalyptus and sparkling citrus
🌲 Frosted pine and aromatic rosemary
🤍 Soft woods and a gentle touch of sweet musk

It’s fresh, green and beautifully uplifting, with just enough warmth to make it feel lovely and comforting.

All Orders Packed & On Their Merry Way!

Well, it’s certainly been a busy couple of days since returning from my little holiday!

I’m very happy to say that all your lovely orders are now packed and on their way.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who placed an order while I was away, and to everyone who has supported the launch of my Winter Collection. ❄️

It’s been lovely getting back into the workshop, making your favourite fragrances and preparing all those little parcels.

Hopefully, it won’t be long before some beautiful fragrances are making their way into your homes.

✨ A Little Luxury for Your Evening✨

Something rather lovely has been happening in the workshop lately… my Luxury Discovery Boxes have been getting quite a bit of attention!

And after spending part of today making Discovery Boxes, I thought tonight would be the perfect opportunity to give this collection a little spotlight.

Eight beautiful fragrances, each with its own personality, from rich and mysterious to soft, elegant and wonderfully comforting.

✨ Inside the Luxury Discovery Box:

⚫ Black Spice – Warming spices, dark woods and a hint of smokiness.

🌸 Cashmere Bloom – Soft florals wrapped in delicate cashmere musk.

❤️ Midnight Resin – Deep resins, rich amber and warm woods.

🤍 Sheer Lily & White Rose – Delicate florals with a soft, elegant finish.

🤎 Smouldering Amber – Rich amber, smooth woods and cosy warmth.

🌿 Violet & Ivy Leaves – Fresh green ivy and delicate violet petals.

✨ Warm Amber Musk – Golden amber blended with beautifully soft musk.

🧡 Saffron Glow – Exotic saffron, warming spices and precious woods.

Each fragrance comes as an approximately 25g wax melt sample, giving you the chance to explore all eight before choosing your favourites in full-size snap bars.

That’s approximately 200g of beautifully fragranced wax in one Discovery Box!

Good morning… or should that be good afternoon? 😂

Well, I’m officially back in the workshop after my lovely break in North Wales, and as you can probably see, I’ve wasted absolutely no time getting stuck back in!

The workbench has been taken over by Discovery Boxes, there’s wax everywhere and it’s definitely business as usual at Simply Scented Devon. 🤣

It’s been lovely having a little break, but equally lovely getting back to making all your favourite fragrances.

And I’ve certainly got plenty to keep me busy following the launch of my Winter Collection! ❄️

A big thank you to everyone who’s placed an order while I’ve been away. Your support really does mean so much!

Right, I’d better get back to it… these Discovery Boxes aren’t going to finish themselves!

🍎🍂 Autumn Evenings & Orchard Spice… 🍂🍎

After a day of travelling home through the beautiful autumn countryside, I thought tonight’s fragrance should be something that captures this lovely time of year.

And Orchard Spice does just that.

Imagine wandering through a peaceful countryside orchard, the leaves beginning to turn golden and the crisp autumn air carrying the scent of freshly picked apples.
