Today is the very first Broadstairs Pride event 🌈

We have a few Pride themed locally handmade items - and we've always been a fan of colour and grouping items by rainbow colours here at Coastal Creatives. There's not much beige here!!

The shop has had a nice refresh for Summer, thanks to , who has added marble detailing back from the time when the shop was brand new.

Faux marble resembles real marble from Italy, but uses coloured oil paint which is applied using real bird feathers and brushes. So it's thanks to our pesky chip-stealing seagulls donating their feathers, which enabled the shops external paint effects to be created.

More work from this artist can be found within the shop, using a variety of media, including on detailed cornice and framing.

We're proud to be supporting Broadstairs Folk Week for its 60th anniversary of bringing folk music, Morris dancers, workshops, fairs, entertainment and pub sessions to our lovely town.
