✨ Stunning Basket Weave Installation Completed ✨

Another beautiful project completed by our talented fitter, Joe, here at Hudspeth Flooring — and all we can say is WOW! 🤩

For this installation, we fitted J2 Flooring Natural Timber Basket Weave in Carpenters Oak (BSK43), creating a truly stunning finish that brings character, warmth, and timeless style to the space.

To ensure the highest quality installation, we used the full Uzin system:
✔️ Uzin PE360 Primer
✔️ Uzin NC151 Screed
✔️ Uzin KE2000S Adhesive

With 17 years of flooring experience, Joe knows quality when he sees it, and his verdict on this product was:

“10/10 – the best basket weave LVT I’ve ever fitted.”

This stunning Victorian Tile Burford BUR010 LVT brings timeless character and a bold, eye-catching finish to the space.

The subfloor was carefully prepared using 6mm SP101 floor-grade plywood and UZIN NC888 feather finish, creating the perfect base before fitting the LVT with UZIN KE2000S adhesive for a flawless result.

✨ Lounge Transformation Complete! ✨

We’ve just finished a stunning installation in this beautiful, sun-drenched lounge, and the results speak for themselves.

For this project, Jacob and Zoe fitted the timeless Karndean Van Gogh Croftmore Oak (SM-VGW8240). We laid this in a classic herringbone pattern for the main field, which perfectly complements the natural light and spacious feel of the room.

To add that extra touch of sophistication, we finished the look with:
• A single plank border to frame the room.
• DS06 5mm Design Strips for a crisp, high-end definition between the herringbone and the border.

The warm oak tones against those deep red walls create such an inviting atmosphere. Another fantastic job by the team!

We’ve just finished a full installation of Karndean Knight Tile in Aged Oak, covering the lounge, hallway, landing, and stairs. This classic oak finish has completely opened up the space and brought a beautiful, warm flow throughout the home.
As always, the secret to a perfect finish is in the prep! We didn't cut any corners:

• Lounge: Prepped with PE360 primer and NC151 screed for a rock-solid, smooth foundation.
• Hall, Landing & Stairs: Fully fitted with SP101 plywood to ensure those high-traffic areas stay perfect for years to come.

🏡 Transformation at Tip Lady Cottage!
We recently had the pleasure of heading up to Bainbridge to refresh this beautiful holiday cottage. We installed the stunning Weavers Bay ‘Misty Trail’—a hard-wearing, polypropylene Wilton—throughout the lounge, hall, landing, and stairs.

Working with traditional cottages often brings unique challenges, and this one was no exception! The stairs are solid stone, which meant we had to drill and plug every single gripper to ensure a secure, perfect fit. 🛠️

Expert Craftsmanship 🧵
A massive shout-out to Joe, who showed off his specialist skills on the stairs. Because of the stone structure and the bullnose step at the bottom, Joe had to hand-stitch the carpet around the bull to get that seamless, high-end finish.
