Artist highlight → Joanne Bowes ✨

Joanne creates beautifully handcrafted pieces using natural dyes and eco-printing techniques to transform cotton and silk fabrics into richly detailed wearable and functional art.

Inspired by nature, texture, and traditional craftsmanship, her scarves carry the organic marks and colours created through botanical printing processes — making every piece entirely unique.

Joanne also uses these naturally dyed fabrics to hand-bind stunning coptic stitched books, combining textile art with contemporary bookbinding in a way that feels both timeless and deeply personal.

We love the thoughtful craftsmanship and quiet beauty running throughout her work.

Introducing Fine Art Printmaker, Jeannelise Edelsten

Bright, bold and contemporary, Jeannelise combines traditional printmaking techniques with painting to create these striking and evocative screenprint monoprints.

We are excited by this new collection, a new direction for an Artist we have been passionate about for years. Jeannelise has taken all her years of knowledge, fine artistry and been inspired by a technology used primarily for textile design - screenprinting. By using painterly techniques directly onto the screen, Jeannelise has created a new and exciting way of making completely original prints.

The use of screenprint and monoprint juxtaposes the crisp lines determined by the screenprint with the bleeding watercolour effect of the hand painted inks. A truly masterful and magical effect is created and these pieces must be seen in person to truly be appreciated.

We are fortunate enough to have 6 framed originals in stock at all times and many unframed originals so there will be the perfect fit for your designer contemporary interior.
