💆‍♂️ Bringing wellbeing into the workplace!

I’m excited to introduce Workplace Wellbeing Massage Sessions through JP Sports Rehab!

Whether your team spends long hours at a desk, works in a physically demanding environment, or simply needs a chance to switch off, these sessions are designed to help reduce muscle tension, relieve stress and support staff wellbeing.

Two flexible options available:

🔴 Seated Massage – Quick, convenient 15–20 minute sessions targeting the back, neck and shoulders.

🔴 Massage Bed – More targeted treatments tailored to individual needs.

Sessions can be arranged around your business and brought directly to your workplace, with minimal disruption to the working day.

📩 Are you a business owner, manager or someone looking to introduce something new to your workplace? Get in touch to discuss how JP Sports Rehab can support your team!
