If you're looking for some time to yourself, then our Introduction to Journaling might be the perfect solution. Why not join us for a mindful evening of gentle reflection?

Our two-hour workshop will provide you with all the information you need to get started and the time and space to try your hand at journaling. We provide prompts to help inspire you, so you won't be short of ideas.

If you have a journal that you would like to bring along, that's great. If not, we will happily provide paper and a pen.
