Bude Windows & Conservatories Ltd is a well-established, family-run company that has been supplying and installing quality windows, doors and conservatories since 1995. We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Full-Time Office Manager to join our team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position which plays an important part in the running of our business. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing appointments – arranging customer appointments, surveys and meetings.
• Customer service – welcoming customers into our showroom, answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries.
• Order processing – placing and processing orders with suppliers and keeping track of progress.
• General office administration – handling paperwork, emails, filing and other day-to-day office duties.
• Office coordination – helping to keep everything organised and ensuring information is communicated effectively between customers, suppliers and the team.
• Providing administrative support to ensure the business runs efficiently.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised, methodical and able to prioritise a varied workload.
• Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with customers.
• Comfortable using computers, email and general office systems.
• Accurate and attentive to detail, particularly when processing orders.
• A good communicator who can work independently and use their initiative.
• Reliable, professional and happy to be part of a close-knit team.

Previous office administration or office management experience would be an advantage.

What We Offer

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Mon - Thurs and 8am - 4pm Friday.
