Old flooring removed, wood and concrete subfloor plied and screeded, Skirting removed and updated with new primed skirting and painted with a finish coat by the customer.

A combination of Karndean Van Gogh Honey oak on 3 floors of this new build with a Cormar 80% wool twist carpet on the stairs and landings.

Customer has added the finishing touches of an island and oak skirting boards.
Sets it all off nicely.

Teamwork today with Maurice and Antony, Mo getting subfloor prepared with 6mm ply, Antony spreading fibre bonded adhesive and myself installing Honey Oak Van Gogh Karndean for a customer in a last minute rush, after uplifting the old flooring revealed areas of sodden chipboard floor where a pipe had been leaking.
Big thanks to Ali Gilbert plumbing for a fast response and to Sleemans builders who replaced and repaired the chipboard.
All done and dusted ready for the guests arriving tomorrow.
