We're celebrating the fact that it's March with this beautiful Celtic Moongazing Hare Pendant from Drift Designs Mull! If you are lucky this month you might see brown hares boxing in the fields or machair of some of our islands. According to The Woodland Trust:

"The boxing usually occurs when a male is being too persistent with a female, chasing her across fields in an attempt to mate. When she’s had enough, she’ll turn around and try to fend him off in a fierce boxing match!"

Phew! 20 Duart Castle pendants made just in time for the MacLean Gathering. Available to buy in Duart Castle gift shop. Each pendant is hand made so every one is unique.

My newest idea. Making use of bits of sea glass and washed up pottery. They make me smile 🙂 There's some for sale at South West Mull Makers and I'll have some at Tobermory market this coming Monday.
