Here's the most up to date list of what's happening at the studio.
Sarah has a new 5 week course- The Sky's the Limit plus her popular Expressive Seascapes course and acrylic and watercolour workshops.
If you fancy trying pottery, in October I have workshops where you can make a botanical vase or pot and a (brand new) star gazing hare.
Clare's is here with a textile workshop on September 13th and Fiona has a pet portrait class on September 24th plus an animal character short course starting on October 1st.
Also in September, we've silver spoon ring making with Emma and enamelling with Angela and Lydia is back making block printed lampshades in November.
We have also started booking for Christmas art (Christmas cards) and pottery (Christmas trees and Scandinavian houses) workshops and they are filling quickly.

Sarah has a brand new course starting on September 7th- learn how to paint skies with acrylics in our beautiful studio at Earsham Hall. Structured lessons in a friendly, supportive atmosphere, taught by a well known local artist. Please message to book or click on the link.

Here’s some highlights of what is happening at Walrus Studios in September and October. We've silver spoon ring making with Emma and enamelling with Angela next month and Sarah has two 5 week courses to choose from plus one-off painting workshops. Fiona has a new graphite pet portrait workshop and Clare has a whole day textile flower heat press workshop in September. Pottery-wise, I have a jug workshop on September 24th and botanical vase or pots on October 8th. I also have one place left on my brand-new Beginner's 3-week Course starting on September 14th.

So in the shop today… beautiful new pots and tea light holders from Jess Vinnels | Designer and maker, cleverly made from jesmonite and sea glass 🥰

I’m over the moon with the latest sgraffito birds to come out of the kiln. They’re ready to be collected by the potters who made them, but if you fancy having a go yourself, please look at the upcoming workshops on the Walrus Ceramics website or FB page. 🥰

I'm late in posting the latest studio calendar as I keep adding new ones to the list- Fiona's pet portrait class filled so quickly she's added another one on September 24th as well as an animal character short course at the start of October. Clare's textile workshops were also so popular we had a waiting list, so she's back on September 13th.
We've silver spoon ring making with Emma and enamelling with Angela next month and Sarah has a new 5 week course- The Sky's the Limit, as well as one off painting workshops. Pottery-wise, I have a pillar candlestick workshop on August 20th and the last few places on the jug workshop on September 24th. I also have a brand-new Beginner's 3-week Course starting on September 14th.

If you've been thinking about trying an art class, Sarah Long Art has workshops and courses coming up at our beautiful, light-filled studio at Earsham Hall.
