Here’s last weeks cake I made - not the best picture but I didn’t want to leave it out in the heat too long!
It’s a vanilla chiffon cake with fresh strawberry buttercream and strawberry jam filling. On top is matcha buttercream, chopped and dried strawberries and white chocolate curls.

I now have rectangular cake boards in stock. The 14”x18” will fit two of the smaller number cake tin cakes on and the 18”x24” will fit two of the large numbers.
