Hi All, we hope this post finds you all well.
As some of you know, it's been a particularly tough couple of months for us Monkey Boys. However, hopefully things are getting back to "normal" (whatever that is!).
I am pleased to say that we will be reopening on Wednesday 16th September, our opening hours will be Wednesday to Saturday 10.30 - 3.30
As always at this time of year, we are taking booking for our Christmas decoration workshops and we already have a couple of days which are fully booked.
As per previous years, we will run workshops on Saturdays and Sunday up until 20th December. The sessions will be up to two hours and will be at 10.30 and 2pm. the price of the workshop is £40 per person and includes up to 4 decorations (you can make more if you have time and there will be an additional charge for these).
This year we are also running some lantern workshops which will be run on Wednesday evenings 6 - 8 pm and again are £40pp.
Don't forget, the studio is also open for some wonderful gifts of glass, jewellery, cards etc., and for those difficult to buy for people, we sell gift vouchers for our workshops as well as make at home kits for those who can't get to the workshops, but would like to have a go at glass fusing!
A couple of dates for you:
Saturday 7th November and Sunday 8th November:
Along with some other wonderful artisans and artists, our glass club ladies will be running a stall at Barnoldswick Civil Hall. BB18 5NA
Wednesday 25th November:
Trawden Community Festive fair will be at the Trawden Community Centre. BB8 8RU
There will be lots of gift buying opportunities plus a wonderful raffle at this one.
Sunday 13th December:
NOT TO BE MISSED!
Lights of love at Derian House in Chorley. PR7 1DH
This is an amazing charity which we have supported for many years. For those of you who don't know, its a children's hospice.
As well as there being lots of stalls there, there will be illuminated Christmas trees in the grounds.
That's it for now.
Pop in and say hello and please support the events above if you can.
Thanks for reading.
