Not long until I take part in my first Race for Life. I can ow take part as I've had my knee surgery and got the OK to take part walking.

I know so many people who have had cancer. Some have survived it whilst others did not.

Today it is World Gin Day.

Here in Burwell we have a farmers market where I can get lots of locally flavoured gin.

You cannot beat a day out with the grandchildren. Went to Ely to see the knife angel, bit of shopping, eating lunch in the lovely Jubilee Gardens, watching boats go sailing by and grandchildren playing in the park.

As today is Donut Day they chose a donut each for lunch. Of course there was a little detour to my favourite coffee shop for my usual hot chocolate. 😋
