Been having a play in the studio with mixed media.
Its a process I really need to do as part of my own mental health journey. Something I was never allowed to do was to play and express myself with my art because it was seen as wasteful or not good enough. Now I realise just how that has kept me back from finding what I really want... not just what Im good at. I want to be more expressive with my art... so for now Im playing.... at the moment I am loving watercolour and coloured pencils mix.
