Wow what a wonderful afternoon spent at St Peter’s House Care Home

Visiting this care home gives me so much joy. I am so grateful to the Theatre Royal for this opportunity. Not only are we getting crafty and using our motor skills to sort, cut and glue the tiles in place we are also chatting care free about life and all therin. All of the residents have led such interesting lives with huge careers and this gives them an opportunity to share their stories with me and a context to jog memories and in today’s session we discussed pantomimes, Theatres and childhood. Nudging core memories and revisiting life’s journey. Oh and coffee and cake too. I will never tire of the wisdom of age.

Please keep collecting these empty spray cans. The soldiers are going to look superb on the Christmas trees in Town I just hope we can gather enough recycled containers.

Must have a lid that comes off (but have the lid on) and be empty.

Drop off at my office...wooden side gate is open and there is a brown wheelie bin for donations.
