It's all been a bit quiet here on Bobbins and Bakes, sorry!
A huge house renovation and working on my biggest bake of all 🤰👶🏻 has kept me very busy!

Yesterday I got to celebrate the wedding of two lovely friends and had the very big honour of making their wedding cake💍 ✨
7 layers of lemon sponge, raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream 🍋🍥🍰

I feel so privileged to be a part of your big day 🥰 and what a day it was! ✨

Some yummy dairy milk brownies for Father's Day treats 🍫😋

So amazing when you get feedback of "they said they were the best brownies they've ever had" 🥰☺️🥳

Apologies for the lack of pics on here recently, building work has started at Bobbins and Bakes HQ and at some point soon they are going to take my kitchen and make it ready to put in my dream kitchen 😍 cannot wait! 🏰

Biscoff drip cake- 4 layers of vanilla sponge sandwiched with biscoff buttercream 😋 smeared with vanilla buttercream and given that biscoff spread drip 😍 topped with a white choc drizzle, more biscoff buttercream and of course, biscoff biscuits themselves 🎂🍪🍫🍰

4 layers of yummy choccy sponge sandwiched with and coated with smooth vanilla buttercream. Dark chocolate ganache smear and white chocolate trip, topped with chocolate buttercream and oreos 🍫🍪😋

My proudest moment as a teacher has to be seeing how much my Textiles girls have improved this past year 🥺💕

Celebrating all their hard work over such a tough year with some Jammy Dodger blondies and a Ferrero Rosher tiffin 😋🥳

Seeing them fall in love with the subject I fell in love with at their age has been magical 🎀🧵🧶✂️
Overwhelmed by the lovely gifts and cards 🥰

4 layers of vanilla sponge, sandwiched with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. Wrapped in a layer of pink buttercream and decorated with a white chocolate drip, buttercream roses and chocolate dipped strawberries 🍓🍫
