Testimonial Tuesday is usually where we share what our customers think about their new TV bed and the buying experience. This week is a little different though.

Our customer Sophie bought her TV bed from us over two years ago. Unfortunately, it stopped working, so she got in touch.

We wanted to share this because the aftercare is just as important as the purchasing journey.

🎬 5.1 Surround Sound and Dolby Atmos are not the same technology in a TV Bed!! 🙄

Think of it like watching a 2D film and a 3D film. Both are great, but they're not the same experience.

One thing we are seeing is people getting confused because a Dolby Atmos trailer is being played on standard 5.1 TV Beds. The trailer is only the content. If the TV Bed doesn't have Dolby Atmos technology, then it can't reproduce Dolby Atmos surround sound.

Understanding this difference helps you choose the TV bed that's right for you.

We absolutely loved this little review on facebook this week. True story and what better way to decide if a tv bed is for you than kicking your shoes off, putting a film on and having a brew in bed - it doesn't matter that it is in the showroom.

No one wants to be followed round or rushed when your deciding on such a big purchase and then when you are ready as always Mark is the cherry on top! Thank you guys, We hope you love the Darras Ottoman Dolby Atmos TV Bed x
