Back home after a lovely holiday in Turkey and getting back into reality mode after 10 days of doing absolutely nothing! Lots of ideas for new projects, things to work on for the Autumn and Christmas markets coming up so it’s going to be busy. I need to get some new classes on the calendar as I love teaching them so much😊but for now here’s the details for one I’ve got scheduled on 4th October at Gordon Rigg Garden, Home & Leisure Todmorden Just click on the link it should go to the booking page🤞Total craft beginner? My favourite ever shade has to be this one, made from a piece of beautiful vintage bark cloth. I only had enough to make two shades from it. One found a home with Nicola at The Lamppost - Burrs Country Park the other, this one, I really have struggled to part with. I’ve taken it to markets mainly to display but sadly moving it around so much has slightly damaged it - so from now on it’s staying put in my bedroom. It will be the first thing I see every day😍I really love it and it brings me joy so I guess all this time it really was meant for me. Perfectly imperfect - is there a better way to be?😊❤️

I love Voyage Maison fabric so much because it’s like looking into a beautiful watercolour painting with every design. This one called Hedgerow is a gorgeous linen with wildflowers, berries, leaves and seed heads in sage greens, corals, dusky pinks and blue muted tones. I’ve used AI to visualise how it will look on a shade before I make it up. As ever I can make this in whatever shape and size suits you and your home ❤️
