After a recent successful trial with our sister company CWA Cleaning we have deployed an AI assistant to answer our phones when Nicola is unavailable. Jodie is very advanced and will be able to help you with almost all enquiries, and you will only get to speak with her when Nicola physically cannot get to the phone.

We hope this addition will help speed up enquiry times, and save you, our loyal customer time on the phone :-)

SERVICE UPDATE:

We just wanted to let you know that due to the 'Red Weather Warning' in place for Wednesday & Thursday we are going to be making some changes to our opening hours. Processing ironing is quite a warm job as it is, but when the temperatures go above 30 degrees it gets unsafe !

Wednesday 24th June 2026

Calne Facility
Our Calne Facility will be open from 6am - 12:30pm

Daytime Collections & Deliveries
These will take place in the morning between 8am - 12:30pm

Evening Collections & Deliveries
These will be suspended, we will automatically move your collection or delivery to the next day (subject to any restrictions being in place).

We will of course send a further update on Wednesday with regard to Thursday.

Please note that due to the reduced operating hours there may be some delays in processing your ironing and getting it back on time. We understand this is not ideal, however, the safety and well-being of our employees is priority for us.
