Our beautifully converted horsebox serves freshly brewed barista coffee, delicious homemade cakes, sweet treats and a warm, friendly service that your guests will remember.

It’s official the news is out!!!

✨Moy Tesen’s first event! ☕🍰

Yesterday marked a huge milestone as Moy Tesen officially made its debut at the Tom Cox Memorial TT, organised by Kernow Racing Team . 🚴

What started as an idea has turned into months of planning, hard work and plenty of weekends and late nights. There were definitely moments where it felt like a long road, but seeing everything come together yesterday made every bit of it worthwhile.

A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by for a coffee, cake, or just to say hello. Your support means more than you know, and it was amazing to be part of such a fantastic event.

This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes Moy Tesen next. Here’s to many more events, plenty of coffee, and lots of cake! 💙

It’s been a little quiet on here lately, but behind the scenes at BakedByKerris, things have been anything but quiet! 👩‍🍳✨

While I haven’t been posting as much, I’ve been busy in the kitchen creating cakes and bakes for weddings, birthdays, markets, and so many other special occasions. 🎂💕

Here’s a little glimpse of what’s been keeping me busy recently and some of the moments you may have missed.
