🏔️ Royston Business Owners Take on Kilimanjaro for a Cause! 🏔️

This summer, Céline Bridier, interior designer from Royston, is leading a team - including Chris White of White Space Creative and Sophie Waters of Airbus on an incredible journey to the summit of Kilimanjaro, all in support of the Moshi Orphanage in Tanzania. 💛

Their goal: to raise £5,895 - that's £1 for every metre climbed - to provide essential food, education, and support for the children. 🌟

Just £1 can buy:
• 1.5kg of rice
• 1.5 litres of milk
• 12–15 baby nappies
• 1.2kg of bananas
• 10 eggs

An 8-year-old from the orphanage will also be joining the trek, making this mission even more special! 🧡

The team sets off on their 8-day expedition via the Lemosho route on 28th June. Let's cheer them on and support this amazing cause!

Interior design in Tanzania faces several challenges, primarily due to the high cost of materials. To ensure my proposal is viable, I focused on using locally sourced materials and implementing a modular design that suits the needs of the family. The goal was to improve the quality of living while working within these limitations.

To achieve this, I aimed to increase natural light in the small space by using neutral colors on the walls and incorporating light-colored soft furnishings, all while maintaining the wonderful African vibe. Designed sourcing furniture and local market in Moshi and Arusha
