Landlords: a tougher finish means fewer touch-ups 👇

Halls, stairs and landings take the most knocks between tenancies. Choosing a hard-wearing, wipeable paint for the walls and a satin or gloss finish on doors and spindles helps a refresh last longer. Keep a note of the paints used, so small marks can be patched quickly at the next void.

Light or dark — which side are you on? 👇

A: soft, light walls with bold, glossy woodwork, from a recent interior painting job in St Neots.
B: deep, moody walls with a crisp ceiling line, from a bedroom we finished in Cambridge.

Two very different moods, both finished properly. Which one would you live with, and why?

"I'm quite a picky person… all the lines are perfect." ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jenny had lived with half-finished paint jobs and scuffed woodwork for years. Here's what she said once we'd finished:

🏡 "It feels so homely now."
🤝 "Alex was immediately really friendly, easy to talk to, and really thorough."
📝 "We had a contract, everything was agreed and signed."
💬 "Communication is the biggest thing. You were really open about prices."
✅ "You came back exactly as you said you would."

And would she recommend us? "A hundred percent." 🙌

That's how we work on every home: a proper team, proper prep, one agreed price and a 12-month written guarantee.
