Rosie "The Reader" Gold (Gypsy Fortune-Teller) at the Mathematical Bridge. Unfortunately, she was there in 1749 when it was built and offered her blessing but it was sadly refused - and she won't stop going on about it.

It's likely that, due to that, Rosie was the one who started the rumours that it was designed by Newton and was originally constructed without fastenings - the college has been refuting this ever since...
