The story goes… every time I have an order, my husband always checks if may sobra ba 😂

The look on his face? Parang batang naghahanap ng pasalubong 🥹😅

Binuksan niya yung oven… baka may nakatago — wala.
Binuksan ang fridge… wala rin.
Tiningnan sa table… wala talaga 😅

There he was, quietly looking for kahit isang piraso ng Spanish bread…
pero lahat naka-ready na for tomorrow’s customers

Ending: isang sad boy na naman siya 😂 at napagawa na naman ako para consumption sa bahay

Nakakalugi talaga ng negosyo tong mga asawa na ‘to 🤭

They say “nap when the baby naps”… and sometimes I really should. But some days, instead of resting, I chose to bake.

There’s something about measuring, mixing, and watching dough rise that keeps me sane in the middle of motherhood. In the quiet moments while my baby sleeps, the kitchen becomes my little escape — a place where I can breathe, create, and turn simple ingredients into something sweet.

Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also busy and overwhelming at times. Baking reminds me that it’s okay to hold on to the things that make me feel like me.

So while my baby dreams, I bake mine.
