This job was for an elderly widower we have worked for in the past. He recently he had his leg amputated. We moved everything for him and even took the time to make sure his books remained in the same order. Sometimes you have to go the extra mile.

Every now and then we come across a rotten floor. This involved cleaning out all the rubble so we could introduce air flow beneath the floor. And cutting back and reinstalling some rotten joists. One joist was bedded into the concrete. When you need to meet concrete and wooden floors you have to ensure there is no contact between the two below the damp proof layer.
