Did you know that soft seafoam colour usually comes from vintage UK pop and mineral water bottles? The pale green tint was created by natural iron impurities in the sand used by older British glassworks. Because manufacturers switched away from glass decades ago, these pieces are getting harder and harder to find.

I’m usually 100% focused on finding sea glass, but I couldn’t resist admiring this stunning cone shell. Nothing beats that instant hit of dopamine when a unique shore find catches your eye! Tucked it safely back on the shore for the next person to enjoy. 🌊

I’ll have to be 100% honest with you even though these pieces are gorgeous I was disappointed with Rhodes town beach. The videos that I’ve seen of the sea class that people found was not what we came across. Maybe we were just there on the wrong day.
