Every autumn, she makes her annual appearance on my instagram feed 😂

Made during my first year as a full-time florist, photographed once, and apparently destined to work harder than most of my current content 🎃

At this point, she’s less of a wreath and more of a seasonal employee 🤣🍂

When I received these beautiful images from Caitlin + Tom's wedding, one photograph stopped me in my tracks...

I knew how much my bride loved sunflowers. We’d talked about them when designing her wedding flowers - they were to be the main feature. But I had no idea she had the most beautiful sunflower tattoo on her back 🌻

And honestly? I loved discovering this little piece of ✨her✨ that I hadn’t known about.

It got me thinking about how much I love the individuality of my brides.

I never want your wedding flowers to feel like they could belong to anyone. I want them to feel like you 🫶🏻

Your favourite flowers. Your personality. The colours you’re drawn to. The little details that have meaning to you. Even the things you might not think are relevant to your flowers at all.

I love working with those things rather than trying to fit you into a particular style or trend, or let my own ideas take over.

Because the most beautiful wedding flowers, to me, are the ones that feel completely at home with the people standing beside them 🤍

And this surprise sunflower was just another little reminder of why those personal details matter so much 🌻

In all seriousness - as someone who used to work in finance I 100% understand how important it is to budget, set boundaries on spending AND be mindful of costs, all whilst planning the wedding of your dreams.

But I find I'm the best fit for couples who make florals a priority and feel really passionate about having them as the key element to the decoration on their wedding day. That's the sweet spot 🫶🏻

Once we’d placed the milk churns, I took some photos and videos over to Anwen so she could see how everything was looking and make sure she was happy with the placement of it all 🥹

Those little extra touches and making sure everything feels just right for my couples are such an important part of what I do 🤍
