I didn’t want this to slip by. We’re truly delighted to receive this Houzz recognition a 5th year running.

I nearly missed it because we were away on holiday when the email dropped into my inbox.

It always means a lot to receive these awards because taking care of my clients in all aspects of what we do is super important for me. Being by their side, as they embark on (often) one of the most significant investments they will make, is an integral part of our collaborative design process.

We are keen to get to know our clients to listen carefully and fully understand their needs. We ask lots of questions to tease out how they live and what will make the difference to them in their home so that the design solution transforms their daily living. At each and every stage, we want our clients to feel heard, guided, reassured and inspired. Ultimately, we want our designs to elevate the way our clients live within their homes and get the most out of their spaces.

Morning. We’re excited to tell you more about this project based in Penarth, Wales in our new blog coming on Thursday this week.

We think lots of you will relate to the problems our clients faced. We will be walking you through how we could help explore the options and provide an interior design solution, which saved them time and money.

Watch out for this on Thursday 🤍

Well it’s a very different feel. High contrast and Scandi feel. It ties in with our black garden studio and our black side extension nicely. I’m still getting used to it but it’s making think of Abigail Ahern’s garden, which I’ve always appreciated. I’m a fan of green plants against black backdrops.

We’re planning on adding an awning and tying in the inside outside more. Potentially also adding wood slats with more green plants.

A beautiful way to add a bit of ‘ooo’ to your spaces. Bringing the Summer feels but works so well across all seasons.

I’ve been quiet here—but I’ve been fully immersed in client projects and real homes.

I’m off to an initial design consultancy today and follow up feasibility study this evening.

My priority and focus is always about helping my clients create spaces they fall in love with and feel good in.

Now I’m bringing more of that back into this space—
the thinking behind the work, the feeling of it, the reality of it.

✨ If you want a home that actually supports your life—not just looks good—you’re in the right place.

I love to help you with your interior roadblocks.

Yes we do interior design projects at all scales, often full home or ground floor schemes. But sometimes, all you want is some focussed discussion on one particular room or one aspect of your interiors to help you get unstuck and move forward with your renovation goals.

I was able to do just that this week through my initial design consultancy service.

If you are feeling overwhelmed with where to start, this could be for you.

Get in touch by dropping me a message here or via the website.

I love travel for inspiration. Our trip to Denmark this week did not disappoint.

I saw a lot of what I love about design: simplicity, colour and a warm, layered look. Overall though, it is about a wonderful connected feeling, a space to breathe and relax and enjoy 💫

Hygge is at the heart of our business. That word the Danes have for a feeling of contentment which comes when you are comfortable in yourself and in your place, whether that be just you or in the company of others. Over in the UK, it is typically associated with feeling cosy during Winter months. Using candles, cushions and blankets to bring comfort during the dark, cold season. Its true meaning is much broader than that. It’s all about feeling truly present, content and connected. Being discerning about how you plan your spaces and what you edit into it and what leave out.

The Welsh word ‘cwtch’ is the warmest of Welsh hugs and brings with it memories of feeling held, supported and cared for.

These are exactly the feelings I want to stir for my clients when I help them create their interior spaces.

If this resonates with you, get in touch.

Stepping into a room which instantly calms. It feels me. Dreamy interiors.

Simple, dark enveloping moody colour to wrap around you, layered windows, brass notes.

Inspired all over again.

These colours are dreamy.

We wandered into the old town area of Aarhus yesterday. Beautiful chocolate box palette.

Just before we jetted away, we wrote a blog post all about using colour to create comfort, calm and quiet joy at home.

Colour is an excellent way to wrap yourself in comfort. The trick is to tune into what colours makes you feel good and lean into them. See bio for link x
