The brief for this space was all about balancing raw, industrial concrete textures with the warmth of organic wood tones to create a modern, wet-room sanctuary.

We’re loving this 1200 x 1200 tile from Porcelanosa — the subtle marble veining gives it such a clean, elegant finish.
Another en-suite completed for a returning customer, which always means a lot to us. Great to be asked back to create something special again.

Wow… we’ve been that busy, that busy, THAT busy… it turns out my last post was Christmas 😳🤣

Always an absolute pleasure working for David & Jane at Jadal Properties. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever worked on one of their developments and not thought wow… but this one? This tops everything.

And to top it off, Dave sets the pace and the standard on every single one.

Their forever home. And what a setting… beautiful views overlooking Bassenthwaite Lake, then sitting down to breakfast with a view up Skiddaw 🌄

I’ll pop a few snippets of the kitchen in here, and I’ll grab some more once Jane’s new sofa has been delivered.
