At Crafty Cottage, we specialise in beautiful artificial flowers, floristry supplies, wreath bases, baskets, planters, memorial arrangements, seasonal décor, gift ideas and so much more.
We also have our wonderful Facebook group, Crafty Cottage, where you’ll find even more products, inspiration, crafting ideas, helpful advice and a lovely friendly community. If you haven’t already joined, we’d love to welcome you there too! ❤️

If you see something you’d like to buy—whether it’s a new post, an older post you’ve found whilst scrolling, or something in one of our albums—simply:

* Colour (if applicable)
* Quantity
Once I’ve seen your comment, I’ll:
✅ Like your comment
✅ Reply with “Thank you”
This lets you know your order has been added to my order book.

📦 Weekly Ordering
To help save on postage, I keep your order open throughout the week.
Every Friday, I’ll send you one invoice via Messenger for everything you’ve ordered during that week, meaning you only pay postage once wherever possible.
Payment is kindly requested by Sunday evening, so I can pack everything up and get parcels posted at the beginning of the following week.
I happily accept:

💙 PayPal
I’ll send all the payment details with your invoice.

❤️ A Little Favour…
Life happens, and I completely understand that holidays, family commitments or emergencies can crop up.
If you need me to hold an order, just send me a message—I’m always happy to help.
The only thing I do ask is that invoices and messages aren’t ignored. If I don’t receive a response after several reminders, the order will unfortunately be cancelled and access to the group may be removed.
We’ve built such a lovely, friendly community and I’d love to keep it that way for everyone. 🥰

🚚 Postage
Orders are sent using:
📮 Royal Mail (usually smaller parcels)
📦 Evri (larger parcels)
If you have a preference or have had problems with a particular courier, just let me know and I’ll always do my best to accommodate.
Standard postage only includes limited compensation. If you’re ordering higher-value items and would like extra insurance, please ask and I’ll happily arrange it for you.
If you can provide your email address with your first order, I’ll add it to your parcel booking. You’ll then receive:
