Good morning and Happy New Year!

I will be reopening tomorrow but only on a part time basis for the next few weeks.
I have had an infection in my right arm over Xmas & new year which hasn’t fully healed yet (I’m right handed) therefore I can only work a few hours per day at the moment.
I am also only posting Monday, Wednesday & Friday from now on also.

That’s it, our slots are full and we are now closed until 3rd January 2021.

After such a rubbish year I hope you all can have the best Christmas possible in these awful times.

As you are aware, Royal Mail are incredibly busy this year more so than ever as most people are having to shop online this christmas.

I am aware that posted orders are sometimes taking over a week to reach customers, therefore tomorrow Friday 27th November will be my last order date.

Last orders before christmas from 9am tomorrow morning, first come first served to be fair on everyone, until the weeks slots are filled.

I want everyone to receive their orders in time, and to be able to get them to their customers on time, and unfortunately closing my orders early is the only way thats going to happen this year.

Important post re: order slots.

Can I just clarify my slots.

I need to be messaged on Friday morning FROM 9am, I’m not taking any orders beforehand to make it fair on everyone.

Those that have sent me orders already, you are not guaranteed a slot I’m afraid, you have to message on Friday morning from 9am.

I’m trying to make it fair to my many customers in my last 2 weeks of trading before Christmas.

I know a few are a little annoyed, however it’s only me working 7 days a week and I simply cannot “just fit it in” during the busiest period of the year.

Next Friday is my last order date. Royal Mail are hugely backlogged and I want orders to arrive with customers this side of Christmas.

All slots are now filled for the next week.

My order book reopens on Friday 27th November at 9am.

Slots are on a first come first served basis as I can only take so many orders before having to close again as it is incredibly busy.
Please note I cannot take any add ons after the order is placed as it is not fair to delay other paid orders, so please place all you need at once.

My order book is closed until Friday 13th November.

I need a break after working 12-14 hour days 7 days a week since March.

I will not be responding to any messages until the above date.

All paid orders are done and posted.

We are now in the busy period in the run up to Christmas.

All orders from Monday are on a minimum 2 day turnaround, larger orders upto 4 days turnaround.

Our order book is open again on Monday but slots will go quickly
