Carpet Creations in Chapel-en-le-Frith is looking for a new full time sales person to join our team at the start of 2026.
The ideal candidate would be a combination of myself and Stuart, however no such being exists! 🤣
A non-retirement age version of Malcolm would also be ideal!🤔
We would love to welcome on board a hard working individual who is of smart appearance and physically fit as some of the carpets and flooring can tend to weigh a fair bit!
A knowledge of the flooring trade would be a huge advantage.
A company car is available to the right candidate.

Derbyshire County Council this ‘pothole’ (more of a sinkhole in my opinion) is on Monks Road, Glossop. It first appeared as a small to mid sized pothole approx October/November 2023 and was ‘repaired’ (I use this term very loosely) at the beginning of December 2023.
Upon returning to my workplace in Chapel-en-le-Frith on 03/01/2024 I left work and travelled home along Monks Road as I have done for the past 19 years. The roads were wet, and it was rather foggy making visibility low, and this humongous hole impossible to see.
I pulled over in the lay-by at the top of the hill to replace my knackered tyre to find 3 other vehicles with the same issue, caught out by this ‘repaired’ pothole.
I expect you will be having quite a few claims for damage to motor vehicles due to utter negligence in the initial repair of this pothole.

Another very satisfied customer, Our fitters Rob and Mick installed a 100% wool loop pile carpet with whipped and bound edges and stair clips on Cloud 9 contract underlay today. Great job lads! 👍🏻

Hello, and I hope everyone is safe and as well as can be.

Can I start by apologising to anyone who has messaged us on here with requests or questions, and have not received a reply. With notification settings switched to ‘off’ you don’t tend to see them. So my sincere apologies for this, I have since rectified the settings and should see most if not all notifications!

Under the current government guidelines, the shop is still closed.
We are increasingly hopeful this will change very soon and we can welcome customers back into the store.
