Back to carry out maintenance work on a floor we have previously restored - this time for a deep clean, micro key and fresh re -coat 🌟

Instead of a full sand, we did:

✔️ A professional deep clean
✔️ Micro-keyed the surface using diamond abbrasives
✔️ Put down a protective coat in a commercial grade lacquer

THE RESULT

Renewed protection
Extended lifespan
Restored sheen

Routine maintenance like this prevents premature full sanding and keeps long term costs down for halls, schools and community spaces.

If your floor looks tired but isn’t worn through to bare wood, a maintenance re-coat could be the smarter option.

We had an amazing 2025 and were flat out working to get everyone’s floors looking wonderful again before the year ended.

1 Commercial work restoring this big area in a school.

Out with the Blue, in with the NEW! 🙌🏻🌟

We have been SUPER busy over the past few months working miracles on all sorts of floors in all sorts of locations; homes, schools, community halls and boarding houses!

This is just one of our favourite ‘before and after’ transformations!

This lovely pine floor had been painted over and its real beauty hidden, until we got to work and restored it back to it’s natural glory and I think you’ll agree it’s a stunning result. 🌟

An amazing little parquet restoration job completed a couple of weeks ago….

We removed blocks that had lifted, ground off the bitumen and relayed the blocks.

Then we did what we do best and brought the floor back to life, sanding and finishing with a clear commercial grade lacquer. 🌟🙌🏻
