A old broken saw what could it be used for well it has two uses for me one to scrap moss and dirt of any logs and a second us is to mark timber to size when cutting oversize lengths up with a chainsaw don’t be afraid to like and share my post I care about what I do and word of mouth is the best advertisement for me

Does anybody now what this is called it’s a picaroon used to stab drag or lift timber I mainly use it on bigger timber when it gets heavy on conveyor and needs a little help to drag it into processor a great tool to have close by

Advanced warning

Sorry folks as of the 1st of September I have a new price list going up I have a few crates left from last year hopefully they will last to September then onto new prices I’ve managed to keep some prices the same where I can but the cubic meter has gone up

As it was a wet morning I decided to tackle some hardwood kindling really nice stick been gathered up from last winter and stored in the dry
Advantages of hardwood kindling

Hardwood kindling offers a longer, hotter burn and creates a rich bed of glowing coals compared to softwood. Because hardwoods like oak, ash, and beech are denser, small sticks provide a stable, sustained bridge of heat to successfully ignite larger fuel logs it’s great for open fires as less resin so a cleaner burn with minimal sparks/popping

Hi folks to all those that follow me I am giving u advance notice there will be a price increase the 1st of September I am still juggling with figures to try keep it down but will get a new price list added in the next couple of weeks I am fully stocked with some very nice timber this year plenty of hard and softwood kindling and firelighters get your orders in to aviod the price rise

Sometimes it’s good to take a few minutes and look down on creation makes me feel proud of what I’ve accomplished and very grateful for all the customers that support me everyone that recommends me I am very grateful not far of start of season and have some very nice ash in stock well just a few ton.

Well we are due a few dry days who wants a delivery Saturday morning or early next week got some nice ash this customer stocked up with 3 cubic meter u too could have this for just £360 delivered or smaller loads are available

It may be hot but it’s also a good time to restock your log sheds timber is bone dry better than kiln dried mainly ash all ready to burn woodsure approved
