6 months ago Instagram decided to delete and deactivate our account with no explanation and no chance of appeal. We have to admit, it knocked the wind out of our sails so much it's taken until now to set it back up again.

With so many connections and interactions lost, it was hard to find the motivation to set something new up again, however, with the winds of change coming and lots of exciting projects underway and lined up it seemed time to build it back up... It's a daunting slog but we look forward to getting back to sharing regular updates and news. For any of our Facebook followers that use the Instagram platform, we would love a follow and share over there, and we appreciate your help and support and look forward to sharing more with you!

H2H and ReNew Professional Decorating Services combine to deliver ‘jaw-dropping’ transformation, scooping the Trade Decorator Project of the Month 👀

How H2H and Renew Decorating transformed a dated hotel-style suite into a jaw-dropping Grooms Suite inside an 1824 Georgian mansion wedding venue.

What an absolute pleasure it was to collaborate again with H2H Decorators, on this beautiful renovation at the standout Solberge Hall.

After H2H carried out since extensive reconstruction work, including ripping out fitted wardrobes, bathrooms, walls, ceilings to expose the full beams, then rebuilt new walls, insulated and reboarded the new ceiling lines we could finally step in and give the room the pretty that it deserved!

The walls and ceilings were refinished in Mylands marble matt emulsion using our Tecnover Testarossa airless system, and the woodwork (including the beams and bar cabinetry) in Mylands plant based MSP using the Tecnover Airbass HVLP system.

Additional features were the treated using a variety of methods including copper finish and verdigris to the upper access panels between the beams, and then that statement roll top bath which was flipped from baby blue with silver feet to brown and copper marble effect with antique copper feet.

Once complete, H2H and Mark Edwards joinery stepped in again to finish off the space with the installation of the beautiful acoustic panelling, dark oak wood flooring and the installation of a bespoke bar.

True teamwork leading to a space worthy of any groom to be!

We've been a little quiet on the social media front lately (those of you who follow us may have noticed we had an issue with our Instagram page which knocked the wind out of our sails a little) but needless to say we have been working just as hard as always doing what we love most, creating truly beautiful and memorable spaces.

We can't wait to start sharing some of the things that we have been up to, but until then here's a little teaser of one of our projects completed using the finest Mylands products!
