Royal Mail is an absolute disgrace. Privatisation has killed this business and in turn they're doing their very best to wreck as many small businesses as possible with twice yearly price hikes since Covid. £1.65 for a 1st class stamp is an absolute disgrace. That's a service with no tracking, no delivery confirmation and a questionable on time delivery rate.
Not to mention charging businesses a "surcharge" during peak periods now on top of this. Disgusting.

The company says the price rise is needed as it faces "very real and urgent" financial challenges.
