“Numb bum” - the true pioneer to the modern day gamer! Before pc set ups and online, world wide gaming this is how we played video games. Cross legged on the floor with our snes or mega drive. Bed not made and our favourite Gladiator poster on the wall to admire. We had a colour tv if we was lucky!

Finding the cheat code in the latest Gamesmaster magazine was always a bonus too.

“Shop in’t wall” - few may not remember this little gem! It was situated in the famous “hole in’t road” on Castle Square in Sheffield it’s centre. While us kids pushed our faces up against the fish tank to see the oversize (magnified) goldfish our rents/grand rents stood patiently in the oversized cue for their weekly “Bacca”

MED INT NORTH - inspired by the famous “lunch atop a skyscraper’ I decided to creat a Sheffield version.

This is hopefully first of many versions I would like to do and will be looking at ideas from other parts of the north.
