Okay hear me out. A candle that smells like fire sounds weird on the surface (unless you’re Jan Levenson). But it’s more than just fire. It’s the smell of getting cosy by the log burner in a holiday cottage. The smell of friends sat round a campfire, telling stories and toasting marshmallows. The smell of incense through a church as the candles are extinguished.

Welcome Home is quickly becoming a new favourite it would seem! It has subtle light top notes of apple & bergamot, with heart notes of florals and base notes of vanilla, sandalwood and amber. Sandalwood is one of my all time most comforting fragrances, which is why I chose “Welcome Home” as the name. It gives me feelings of safety, familiarity and calm - and when this fragrance is combined with the warm glow of a flickering flame behind amber glass? It’s just like a hug from the universe.

I’ve worked so hard on this rebrand. It’s taken so many hours of stress, scrunching up paper and launching it at the wall, coming dangerously close to destroying a laptop, having to change entire designs because my printer just doesn’t fancy it, and spending more money than I’ve made. BUT I’m really proud of the end result. I do still have a fair bit of old style stock, so if you order online you might get the old style/a mixture of old and new whilst I run through them. We’re not about waste here at Esc! Any questions, pop me a message. Let candle season commence!

The website has been restocked! And it now includes pumpkin spice triple wicks, pumpkin spice wax melts, and the cutest little ghostie melters (link in bio)! The new products don’t have any blurb or information on the product pages and I just shoved them on quickly before heading away for a little break, so if you need any info feel free to message. Any orders placed this will be sent out on Friday when I’m back home. 😘 (p.s - I almost drank fragrance oil instead of Pepsi max about 10 times when making diffusers the other day. I’m sure this business will be the death of me).

I’m officially feeling autumnal 🍁 All the new bits have been listed on the website & stock levels updated after the market. However I am on holiday this week, so the new items don’t have any info on their pages yet but they are available to purchase. If you’ve got any questions drop me a message!
