Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return p&p paid for by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Personalised customisation (names, dates, personal info etc) by me on request or by the customer, cannot be refunded due to Distance Selling Laws, unless it is a mistake made by me. I obtain proof of postage. I am not responsible and will not offer refunds for any loss or damage caused while in the buyers possession. We have the right to refuse service at any point and refund if necessary.
