✨ A recent upholstery project completed in Little Milton ✨

We reupholstered this tiny footstool in matching fabric to complement our clients’ new three-piece suite, finished with an elegant antique brass stud trim and new floor protector feet.

We also handmade 6 matching antimacassars, all beautifully lined in ivory for a smart finishing touch.

✨ Dining Chair Transformation Completed ✨

These lovely traditional dining chairs have been given a new lease of life with freshly reupholstered drop-in seat pads in the beautiful Snowdon Fire fabric by Prestigious Textiles. ❤️

The original seat pads were looking tired, worn and damaged, so we carefully stripped them back and recovered them to create a fresh new look while preserving the character of the chairs.

We also carried out a structural repair to one of the chairs, replacing and strengthening a section of rotten, snapped wood to ensure it was sturdy and ready for many more years of use.

✨ A busy week in the workshop, with four bespoke handsewn Roman blinds completed and ready for installation!

The top two blinds are for a lovely project in Thame, using our client’s own beautiful fabric. Both bedroom Roman blinds have been made with blackout lining and interlining for a luxurious finish and improved insulation.

🏡 Bedroom 1 features a larger top fold, designed to sit neatly above the window and maximise natural light when raised.

🏡 Bedroom 2 has been made with a smaller top-fold cascade, creating a softer look that frames the window beautifully.

The bottom two blinds are for a Princes Risborough project, where we transformed our client’s existing curtains into a pair of bespoke kitchen Roman blinds. Finished with standard lining and stylish chrome control chains, giving their much-loved fabric a whole new lease of life.

✨ A beautiful bespoke box cushion recently completed for our client’s holiday home in Cornwall. ✨

Handmade to the exact size required and finished with piping and a concealed zip for a neat, tailored finish.

The stunning Cornish Sardines fabric was the perfect choice, adding a fun coastal touch and plenty of character to this seating area. 🐟🌊

✨ A truly special keepsake project recently completed for one of our lovely returning customers. ✨

Our customer lovingly hand-stitched these beautiful Tudor tapestries herself, and as her mum is a huge Tudor fan, she wanted to turn them into something she could treasure and enjoy every day.

Before becoming cushions, the tapestries were slightly out of square, so we carefully stretched and prepared them to create the perfect finish. We then transformed them into two bespoke piped cushions, complete with concealed hidden zips and a luxurious deep burgundy velvet backing and piping to complement the rich colours of the designs.

The finished result is a pair of unique, handcrafted keepsakes that will be cherished for years to come – and we’re delighted to say our customer was over the moon with them.

✨ Tiny Footstool Transformation ✨

A lovely little upholstery project completed for our client.

We stripped the stool back to the original foam, reshaped it with fresh lining fabric, and recovered it in a beautiful new fabric chosen to match their new sofas.

To finish, we reattached the feet, fitted new floor protectors, and added fresh black backing fabric for a neat, professional finish.

The original trim was removed for a cleaner, more contemporary look, and we’re now making four matching antimacassars to complete the set.

A small piece, but a big difference! 🤍
