For us, every home begins long before the finishes and furnishings. It starts with conversations, sketches, and imagining how a family will truly live within a space.

We were privileged to lead the interior design of the Sycamore Project from the very first drawings, shaping every room with intention, warmth and timeless character. Today, we’re excited to share the first glimpse: the kitchen, a space designed to bring people together for slow mornings, family meals and everyday moments.

DÓMES (pronounced DOH-mess)

Named after the traditional Cypriot dómes; dry-stone retaining walls that create the terraced landscapes of the island’s mountain villages,this proposal reinterprets a vernacular element through contemporary architecture.

Designed as three modular dwellings for agrotourism, the project responds to the site’s natural topography, allowing each residence to settle gently into the landscape while framing expansive views across the surrounding mountains.

Currently progressing through the planning application stage.

Some homes stay with you long after they’re completed.
Pine House is one of those projects.

A complete new-build that we had the privilege of guiding from the very beginning; planning, architectural design, construction, interior design and every carefully considered detail in between.
While this wasn’t a full turnkey project, as our clients chose to complete the home at their own pace, we had the pleasure of being involved throughout the design and construction journey. Watching each stage come to life was every bit as rewarding as seeing the finished home.

Created for a family of four, the home embraces timeless architecture, generous living spaces and an effortless connection to its beautiful natural surroundings. From the limestone floors and bespoke cabinetry to the pitched roof, carefully framed views and handcrafted interiors, every decision was made with longevity, warmth and family life in mind.

This is more than a completed project; it’s a home thoughtfully designed to be lived in, loved and passed through generations.

The sunshine has everyone thinking about Wimbledon... meanwhile, I found my own little piece of tennis history at an antiques fair. 🎾

There’s something special about holding an object that has already lived a life. You can’t help but wonder whose hands held it before yours, the stories it could tell, and the summers it has already seen.

We have a soft spot for designing ‘’bootilities’’ as we like to call them. They’re the rooms that quietly support everyday life, welcoming muddy boots, wagging tails, fresh flowers from the garden and the rhythm of country living.

Some details seem to find their way into our designs time and time again; not because they’re a signature, but because we genuinely love them.

Farrow & Ball’s Cord cabinetry colour, paired here with one of our favourite wallpaper from Tess Newall’s collection, the beautiful Herbarium Wildflower, bringing a little of the garden indoors. Add one of our go-to farmhouse sinks beneath the window, a gingham curtain in place of cabinet doors, natural limestone underfoot and thoughtful bespoke joinery, and the room begins to feel as beautiful as it is practical.

It’s these small, familiar details, the herbs on the windowsill, the aged brass, the soft textures and handcrafted touches, that turn everyday routines into something a little more enjoyable.

Because good design isn’t reserved for the rooms your guests see; it’s woven into every corner of your home.

Primrose House 🤎🤍

Every home has a story. Some simply need the opportunity to tell it.

When Primrose House first came to us, it was a tired rental property lacking warmth, character and identity. Our brief was to transform it into a timeless family home that felt welcoming, layered and truly lived in.

Inspired by the changing seasons, we introduced a palette that flows effortlessly throughout the house, pairing natural textures with carefully chosen colours to create spaces that feel calm, inviting and full of personality.

This project also marked the beginning of our collaboration with This is The Paint. , whose beautifully considered colours and commitment to sustainability aligned perfectly with our design philosophy.

A reminder that great design isn’t always about starting from scratch. Sometimes, it’s about seeing the potential that already exists.

Would you hide your washing machine behind curtains?
This was one of our favourite design decisions in this project.
Instead of exposing appliances, we softened the space with a bespoke floral fabric, creating a room that feels more like a beautifully furnished interior than a utility room.
Combined with painted cabinetry, brass detailing, natural stone flooring, the result is a practical space that doesn’t compromise on character.
